We are holding our next LXI Consortium General Meeting and PlugFest at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center Longmont-Boulder from Wednesday, Oct. 21 to Friday, Oct. 23 hosted by Bode Enterprises, LLC.  You fly into Denver International Airport (DEN) and take a shuttle to the Longmont hotel.

Making reservations by phone
Individual reservations can be made after July 8th by calling the Hotel directly at
(303) 776-2000 or (800) 843-8240 and individuals must refer to LXI Consortium when making the reservation in order to receive the special group rate of $95/night. All reservations will need to be made by 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on the cut-off date (Oct. 5th). All requests, including room type, smoking preference etc. will be accommodated upon availability. For all individual reservations, the Hotel requires a guarantee for late arrival (6:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time or later) with either a major credit card or deposit of the first night’s room and tax charge. If guests need to cancel their reservation, the hotel must receive a phone call before 6:00 p.m. MST on the date of arrival in order to avoid a no-show fee of one night’s room and tax charge.

Reservation Cut-off Date
Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Longmont-Boulder shall hold the block of sleeping rooms noted above until October 5, 2009.  Reservations received after this cut-off date will be confirmed on a space-available basis and will not be guaranteed the group guestroom rate. Upon the cut-off date, all remaining rooms in the guestroom block will be released back to the Hotel for general sale.
   Check-in time: 3:00 p.m.
   Check-out time: 12:00 p.m.
