We are holding our May LXI Meeting from Mon., May 4 to Wed., May 6. We are staying at the Denver Airport Marriott at Gateway Park for $169 per night with our block rate. I suggest you make your reservations through the registration link below as soon as possible, before the room block fills up.

CUT-OFF DATE for Room Reservations:

Reservations by attendees must be received on or before April 20, 2015 (the “Cut-off Date”). At the Cut-Off Date, the hotel will review the reservation pick up for the Event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether or not it can accept reservations based on a space- and rate-available basis at the IVI Foundation-LXI Consortium group rate after this date.

We do have a complimentary airport shuttle that picks up at the airport every 30 min. (on the hour and ½ hour) from 3:30am to 11:30pm each day. Our hotel shuttle leaves our lobby every 30 min. (on the hour and ½ hour). We pick up on the east side terminal first, door 511, and then head over to the west terminal, door 506 and pick up approximately 5-10 minutes afterword’s. They pick up on island three of both sides. Our large shuttles are white and have the Marriott Gateway Park logo, as well as, aLoft, Marriott Residence Inn, Hilton Garden Inn.
